Laki.ai Microsoft 365 Copilot support

Setup and help

Choose user capacity in Laki.ai setup. Enter, review and activate your Microsoft Tenant ID. Then have your Microsoft administrator install Laki.ai from the Store and pin it for the intended users or groups. Employees can start from normal Copilot Chat, expand the sidebar if needed and select Laki.ai under Pinned. Installation and test instructions are in organization settings. For help or another billing option, email us in English or Finnish. We aim to reply within two Finnish business days.

First month €0 for new organization subscribers. Then €20/user/month, including VAT.

If Laki.ai does not work

  • On first use, select Sign in to Laki.ai and finish signing in in the Microsoft window. Choose your work account from the connected tenant and allow access if Microsoft asks. Signing in to Copilot alone may not complete the Laki.ai connection. If no window appears, check for a blocked popup. Return to Copilot and retry your question.
  • Check your Microsoft 365 Copilot license and ask your Microsoft administrator to confirm that Laki.ai is installed for you.
  • After installation or pinning, refresh Copilot. Microsoft changes can take time to appear; once Laki.ai is visible, select it and start a new conversation.
  • Ask your Laki.ai organization owner or administrator to check the subscription, entered Tenant ID and active Microsoft connection in setup. If the tenant is already connected to another organization, contact support to resolve the conflict. Try a new conversation once the connection is active.

If the problem continues, email the error message, time and whether you used Cowork or Copilot Chat. Remove confidential content and credentials from messages and screenshots.

Remove access

  1. Ask your Microsoft administrator to remove the user’s access or uninstall the app.
  2. Your Laki.ai organization owner or administrator can immediately disable the Microsoft connection in setup to block new requests for the whole organization. Removing the Store app does not cancel your Laki.ai subscription; manage cancellation in the organization’s Subscription and billing settings (Tilaus ja laskutus).
  3. If you cannot access setup, email info@laki.ai with the subject “URGENT — Microsoft access revocation” for help.
